Role Summary:

In collaboration with the U/S Zone Director, identifies/drives cross-segment U/S opportunities through PSS & by mining SFDC to create larger deal that include multiple U/S segments. Point person to USCAN Acct Community (Zone, AE/AM) & to customer for identified opportunities. Proactively works with U/S Zone Director in Top 125 accounts to help execute cross-segment strategies. Drive incremental growth by building multi-segment U/S offerings in Top 125/other opportunistically identified accounts.

Essential Responsibilities:

-Identify cross-segment ultrasound opportunities that can grow into larger multi-segment

ultrasound wins.

-In collaboration with Ultrasound Zone Director and USCAN Account Managers, execute ultrasound growth initiatives and sales programs in

local Top 125 facilities.

-Develop & implement cross-segment Ultrasound sales strategy by creating and sustaining

strategic relationships and alliances with identified Accounts, e.g. hospitals, hospital groups,

government bodies or Group Purchasing Organizations.

-Lead & close multi-segment Ultrasound deals. Achieve sales and orders volumes at the target

prices in assigned territory.

-Develop & maintain detailed understanding of accounts’ business and keep GE Account

Community and GE Ultrasound Sales management informed/ appropriately involved.

-Build relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities for all GE

Ultrasound segments, and full portfolio of Ultrasound products & services within Zone.

-Represent GE Ultrasound and act as a primary customer point of contact in the territory and

identified opportunities

-Develop & implement opportunity development plans with cross functional and multi-product

teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Grow GE

Ultrasound’s share of customer investments in capital and operational expenditures.

-Develop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high quality

interactions with customer management. Build long term strategic alliance with portfolio of

accounts to continue to add value, and promote full portfolio of offerings (Service, HFS, Trophon,

Viewpoint, Breast Imaging, etc.) to identify and escalate commercial needs to drive customer NPS.

-Integrate with Ultrasound Product Sales Specialists within the segments, Service Operations and

other Company resources to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to

create a competitive differentiation. Coordinate with Account Community team on identified

opportunity in order to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

-Follow all applicable GE policies, procedures and operating mechanisms. Proactively participate

in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as directed by management.

-Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies.

Qualifications/Requirements:

-High School or Associates Degree and at least one of the following core experiences: 3+ years of

consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation, Graduate of a GE

Commercial Leadership Program, 3+ years GEHC experience in customer facing role(s), or 5years in progressively larger formal leadership roles working in a complex technical environment.

-Must be located within the Central Zone

-Willingness to travel 50% within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays

depending on geography and business need.

-The successful applicant must comply with GEHC’s standard background check, including a postoffer

drug test. In addition, during employment, the employee must comply with all customer

access policies, including but not limited to obtaining and/or providing proof of required

immunizations, and additional drug tests or background checks (including a federal government

background check if assigned to support a contract with the federal government).

check of your driving record.

-You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
