WHOLESALE - Performs administrative tasks to support the warehouse.
- Compilation of route sheets for delivery personnel including locations and merchandise to be delivered.
- Professionally answers the telephone and assist customers.
- Process transfers and invoice appropriate customer accounts.
- Provide customer support for invoicing inquires.
- Complete/update and process customer applications and profiles.
- File invoices, sales reports and request forms.
- Verify to all appropriate parties that all pertinent paperwork in relation to vehicle accidents or work related accidents are completed.
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash tickets with monies collected, verify amounts and make daily bank deposits.
- Works professionally with all levels of the organization.
